He has a decade of experience in medical research, health, and social care, focusing on system improvement. Before joining Tendable, Joel led major national projects, including Lord Darzi's Independent Review of the NHS, and the development of Community Diagnostic Centres, now operating at 170+ sites across the UK. Joel specialises in evaluating international accreditation models and NHS ward programmes. He helps health services build strong, tailored frameworks. And supports leaders in implementing long-term quality assurance initiatives. Joel is passionate about turning ambitious healthcare standards into practical solutions and also enjoys practicing Muay Thai.
Joe Maniski-Luke
Joe is the Accreditation Engagement Manager at Tendable, specialising in the global adoption of technology and digital innovation in healthcare. Joe holds a BA (Hons) from Cambridge University and has a certification in Data Ethics, AI & Responsible Innovation. Before joining Tendable, Joe gained extensive experience helping international organisations leverage technology for smarter operations. At Deloitte, his passion for continuous improvement inspired Joe to focus on digital health provision. Joe served the NHS in multiple innovation and digital transformation projects. Together achieving large scale financial savings and system improvement realisations through data-driven insights. Now at Tendable, Joe partners with care providers to digitise quality assurance and to streamline accreditation practices for tangible operational benefits. Outside of work, Joe loves keeping fit and trying new foods. Preferably, in unbearably hot weather.
